Service Description

A 1-hour makeup service is charged at a flat rate of $150 per person, plus a $300 flat rate travel fee (within city limits) for services on Fridays through Sundays. Travel fee is $200 for services on Mondays through Thursdays. However, to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for all our clients, we have a specific policy regarding wait times. •Wait Time Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, if our makeup artist arrives on location and needs to wait for the client to begin the service, this wait time will be billed at our standard hourly rate. This policy ensures that our artists are compensated for their time and helps us manage our scheduling effectively. • Promptness: We kindly ask our clients to be ready for their makeup session at the scheduled time to avoid any additional charges and to ensure that we can provide the best possible service.

Cancellation Policy

"PRIVATE INVITATION" CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your appointment. Any cancellations made will forfeit the full payment. Payments are non-transferable. CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Any cancellations made will forfeit the full payment. Payments are non-transferable. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: The retainer deposit is non-refundable. If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, and you will be given 7 days to reschedule and transfer this deposit. As a courtesy, retainer deposits are valid for one reschedule and is subject to availability.  If the schedule permits, same-day rescheduling may be allowed with a $25 rescheduling fee. NO CALLS, NO SHOWS appointments will result in full payment due that will be automatically charged to your card.
