**Your Personalized Virtual Makeup Class Experience** When you book a personalized virtual makeup session with Face by Trace, you’ll receive a comprehensive, two-part experience tailored to meet your unique beauty needs. Here’s what’s included: PART I: A 30-Minute Kit Assessment & Product List Creation: -- We’ll start on OCTOBER 13th with an initial session to hop online and officially meet! I'll then assess your current makeup collection and understand your beauty goals. Based on this assessment, you’ll receive a personalized product list sent via email afterwards, tailored to your skin type and preferences. This list includes recommended products, allowing you time to shop for any items before our full tutorial session. --At the conclusion of this session, we'll schedule your full tutorial session. PART II: A 90-Minute Step-by-Step Tutorial: --In this live, hands-on tutorial, I will guide you through each step of your makeup routine, demonstrating techniques either on myself or a model. You’ll follow along in real-time, from skin prep to the finishing touches, learning how to apply each product and perfect customized techniques to achieve your desired look, whether it’s an everyday natural look or full-on glam. **BONUS**: Post Follow-Up Support - One week after your session, you’ll have access to one follow-up email, where you can ask additional questions or seek clarification on any techniques or product use. This two-part experience ensures that you’ll not only have the right products but also the confidence and expert guidance to master your personalized makeup routine with ease!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Personalized Virtual Makeup Classes At Face by Trace, all bookings for personalized virtual makeup classes are final sale. To provide you with the best experience, please review our policies below: No Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. Once your class is scheduled and payment is received, it is considered a final sale. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your class once if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If a rescheduling request is made within 48 hours of the class, we regret that we cannot accommodate the change, and the session will be forfeited. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your session, your class time may be reduced to fit within the originally scheduled time, as we must remain respectful of other clients' appointments. Technical Issues Should there be technical difficulties (e.g., internet problems) on either side, we will work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Please be sure to double-check your availability before booking. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional makeup experience!
