GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

Retainers are non-refundable.

​

Cancellations (48+ hours notice): Notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and you'll have 7 days to reschedule and transfer your retainer to the new date.

​

Cancellations (within 48 hours): Retainer is forfeited.

​

Rescheduling: Your retainer is valid for one reschedule, subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling may be available if the schedule permits, and will include a $25 rescheduling fee.

​

No call / no show: Full payment will be automatically charged to the card on file.
