Mardi Gras Ball Booking Policy

Due to the high demand and limited availability during Mardi Gras Ball season, all bookings are subject to the following terms:

Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your date and time are not reserved until the retainer is received.

Balance
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

​

Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, the retainer is forfeited and cannot be applied to another date, event, or service.

Due to the nature of Mardi Gras Ball season and the inability to rebook canceled appointments, canceled bookings remain fully responsible for the remaining balance.

No Transfers
Retainers and appointments cannot be transferred to another person, date, or event. Once an appointment is canceled, it is considered canceled in full.

​

Late Cancellations or No-Shows
Failure to show for your scheduled appointment or last-minute cancellations will result in the full service amount being due.
