VIP Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Fee and Enrollment:

The monthly membership fee is $97, with a one-time enrollment fee of $15 due at the time of sign-up.
Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis, beginning on the sign-up date and recurring on the same day each month.

2. Membership Commitment and Cancellation:

Commitment Period: Members agree to a minimum commitment period of 6 months from the start date of their membership.
Cancellation After Commitment Period: Members can cancel their subscription at any time following the completion of the commitment period, with a 30-day notice required for cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Tracie@facebytrace.com.
Early Cancellation: Members wishing to cancel their membership before the end of the commitment period may do so by paying an early cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining membership dues.
Non-Refundable: Both the monthly membership fee and the one-time enrollment fee are non-refundable.

3. Services Included:

Members are entitled to one (1) makeup application service per month, unlimited access to all online makeup tutorials, exclusive service discounts, priority booking for additional services, early access to sales, classes, and events, and a special birthday offer.

4. Appointment Booking and Availability:

Appointment Booking: Appointments for makeup application services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Online Booking: Members are encouraged to book their appointments through our online booking platform.
Special Requests: If the desired time or date is not available online, members can email Tracie@facebytrace.com with their request. While we cannot guarantee every request can be accommodated, we will make every effort to meet members’ preferences.
Cancellation Policy: Members must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

5. Discounts and Offers:

The 20% discount on services is available only to active members and cannot be combined with other sales or promotions.
Special offers, including early access to sales, classes, and events, are subject to change and may be offered on a limited basis.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of VIP Membership at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

By signing up for the VIP Membership, members agree to these terms and conditions in full. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
