Cancellation Policy

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours notice): Notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and you'll have 7 days to reschedule and transfer your retainer to the new date. Cancellations (within 48 hours): Retainer is forfeited. Same day cancellations, balance is due in full. Rescheduling: Your retainer is valid for one reschedule, subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling may be available if the schedule permits. No call / no show: Full payment will be automatically charged to the card on file. CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Any cancellations made will forfeit the full payment. Payments are non-transferable.
