Service Description
A 1-hour makeup service is charged at a flat rate of $150 per person, plus a $150 flat rate travel fee (within city limits) for services on Fridays through Sundays. Travel fee is $100 for services on Mondays through Thursdays. However, to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system for all our clients, we have a specific policy regarding wait times. •Wait Time Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, if our makeup artist arrives on location and needs to wait for the client to begin the service, this wait time will be billed at our standard hourly rate. This policy ensures that our artists are compensated for their time and helps us manage our scheduling effectively. • Promptness: We kindly ask our clients to be ready for their makeup session at the scheduled time to avoid any additional charges and to ensure that we can provide the best possible service.
Cancellation Policy
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY: Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours notice): Notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and you'll have 7 days to reschedule and transfer your retainer to the new date. Cancellations (within 48 hours): Retainer is forfeited. Rescheduling: Your retainer is valid for one reschedule, subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling may be available if the schedule permits, and will include a $25 rescheduling fee. No call / no show: Full payment will be automatically charged to the card on file. CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Any cancellations made will forfeit the full payment. Payments are non-transferable.
