Welcome to the Glam Impact Initiative, a project inspired by my personal journey and fueled by my passion for uplifting others. This is more than just a studio expansion. It is the foundation for a larger mission. My dream is to one day grow this initiative into a nonprofit foundation that serves other nonprofits, supporting their philanthropic efforts by providing services that empower and inspire the communities they serve.

For 10 years, I worked in a small studio of less than 200 square feet, pouring my heart into every client who sat in my chair. I came into makeup artistry not for the artistry itself, but for the way it made others feel. Even when makeup was just a hobby, the joy and confidence I saw on my clients’ faces tugged at my heart. I knew this was more than a passion. It was my purpose.

Before transitioning to makeup full-time, I spent 18 years in regulatory public health sector after earning both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree. While I was proud of my career, in 2018 I felt a deeper calling, took a leap of faith, and exited my career. Helping women feel beautiful, confident, and capable became my mission. It was not just about applying makeup. It was about lifting spirits, empowering minds, and fostering resilience.

This year, I took a leap of faith and expanded into a larger studio space. Now, I want to create something extraordinary.

One portion of the studio will be a serene retreat where clients can feel beautiful and empowered. Another portion will serve as a hub for education, teaching women the art of makeup to build confidence and mentoring makeup artists on how to grow thriving businesses.
